Description:

Dunstable was one of the most famous musicians of the age, yet almost nothing is known about his life. He is credited with creating a new sound called "countenance angloise" (English countenance), which featured more triadic harmonies and smoother-moving melodies. He was a prolific composer of masses, motets, and more.
