Vietnam War (1 nov 1955 – 30 avr. 1975)

Description:

During WWII, Japan invaded Vietnam, and to fight off French administration and Japanese forces, political leader Ho Chi Minh developed a League for Independence of Vietnam - inspired by communism. When Japanese forces withdrew, Minh saw an opportunity to overthrow the French administration. France (Emporer Bao/South Vietnam) and Minh (North Vietnam) created seperate regions and both sides wanted a United Vietnam, but they had different plans. On April 30,1775 North Vietnam rolled through the gates of South Vietnam's capital, ending the war.
