Description:
German mathematician who made significant contributions to analysis, particularly in the areas of calculus and mathematical analysis. Weierstrass developed the concept of uniform convergence, which is a fundamental idea in modern analysis. He also introduced the Weierstrass function, which is an example of a continuous function that is nowhere differentiable.
