Description:
Jehoiachin was the son of Jehoiakim. He reigned for 3 months.
He was evil.
"And he [Jehoiachin] did what was evil in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father had done." (2 Kings 24:9)
a. Nebuchadnezzar brought him to Babylon and made his uncle, Zedekiah, king.
b. God was making sure David's line was continued so Jesus could be from David's line.
