Description:
i. This act prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.ii. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
iii. This policy was targeted at De Jure segregation, and ended the seperation bewteen black and white people in the law.
