Croatia switch to parliamentary system (1 janv. 2000 – 31 déc. 2000)

Description:

I don't know the exact date this happened but I do know it happened in the year 2000. Before Croatia switched to a parliamentary system they used a semi-presidential system. A parliamentary system is a democratic form of government. In this system, the greatest representation in parliament forms the government and its leader becomes the Priminister or the other names for leaders.
