Description:

A coalition of Solar Union remnant states (now based on the Moon) would launch an invasion of the Fushen Utopia on Earth, although it failed to invade Earth. However, this was ended on a compromise, with the AI Fushen being granted membership on the Solar High Command, in exchange for an end to the rebellion. Large scale reforms were pushed through by the Solar Union, helping it catch up to the political structures of other states in the Terran sphere.
