Description:
Inflation across Europe, 2-3%, which was surprising for a stable priced economy. Wages couldn't keep up and the living standard went down. this benefited the commercial and industrial entrepreneurs and aristocrats. The Government had to take more loans and charge more taxes. Increase in population.
