Description:

In connection with the special military operation, media personalities who escaped from Russia, such as Ilya Ponomarev, Gennady Gudkov, Mark Feygin and others announced the creation of a parallel government and Congress of People's Deputies in exile. They called themselves the only representatives of society and the state with democratic legitimacy. They also called for the assassination of President Vladimir Putin and the entire leadership of Russia. At the same time, they refused to use the name "Russia" in the name of their constituent authority.

В связи с проведением специальной военной операции сбежавшие из России медийные деятели, такие как Илья Пономарев, Гарри Каспаров, Геннадий Гудков, Марк Фейгин и другие, объявили о создании параллельного правительства b Съезда народных депутатов в изгнании. Они назвали себя единственными представителями общества и государства, обладающими демократической легитимностью. Также они призвали к убийству Президента России Владимира Путина и всего руководства России. В то же время они отказались использовать название "Россия" в названии своего учредительного органа власти.
