The Young Turks formulated plans and methods to come up with their best solution to the Armenian Question. Before large scale killings, the Young Turks ordered the displacement of Armenians in certain small villages or areas, however the method in which the Armenians would be displaced was not specified by the Young Turks therefore the militias could do so in any way they pleased.Ajouté au bande de temps:
