UFO Belgium Wave Nov 1986-1991 (29 nov 1986 – 15 mars 1991)

Description:

Who: POV- Major General Wilfried De Brouwer (Retired) reported through UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials go on the record. Also, of the witnesses, if only 1 out of 10 witnesses make the effort to report their experience, then an estimated of 1 500 people were witness during this UFO wave, including 13 policemen who reported from 8 different locations in Belgium. Colonel Andre Amond, a civil engineer of the time, also witnessed a UFO that night at 6:45pm while on a drive with his wife.

What: A series of multiple UFOs being spotted on multiple occasions over the years, spotted by thousands, with 2000 reported cases, 650 investigations, and 500 of those unexplained.
After sunset on Nov 29, 1986, was where the most initial but extraordinary UAP activity of this wave occurred. Other significant and interesting sightings occurred on December 1,1989 (four observations, including an air weather forecaster Francesco Valenzano with his young daughter), December 11, 1989 (twenty one witnesses reported a similar triangular craft, including a twelve-year old boy with his parents, grandparents, and sister, and 15 minutes later, Colonel Andre Amond with his wife), April 4, 1990 (lady walking dog spotted it, rushed home to her partner who came out with a new camera and took two pictures of it, one slide had four light spots, the second slide had nothing), April 22, 1990 (seven reports of triangular crafts, and one unusual report from a midnight shift at a factory in Basecles of a trapezoid with six lights and looked like "an aircraft carrier turned upside down), March 12, 1991 (27 reports from southwest area in Liege, 2 occasions of a craft seen over a nuclear power plant in Thiange), March 15, 1991 (in Auderghem, near brussels, an electronic engineer woke up to see a large rectangular craft outside his window, at low altitude, and had no lights, but had a whistling tune which ended after the man went outside to investigate), July 26, 1990 (10:35pm- Mr. and Mrs. Marcel H. were in a car passing through Grace-Hollogne, driving towards Seraing, when they looked up and saw an immobile object in the sky. For the fun of it, Mr. H flashed his car lights twice; off and on, off and on. Then the base of the triangle rotated and tilted towards the couple and flashed its lights on and off three times, then proceeded towards the vehicle and distanced itself at 100 meters, and a height of 60-100 meters, then continued to fly with the car in the same direction at 60-70km per hour, which was the same speed as the car. When they reached the bridge to Seraing, it departed back in the direction of Grace-Hollogne. The experience frightened Mr. and Mrs. Marcel H.)

Why (importance): of the 70 FULLY investigated reported sightings, none of them could be explained by conventional technology, which is different from other cases where at least a number of those sightings could be explained.
