-Officially gave Poland land East of Oder and Neisse Rivers
Disagreed:
-Reparations -> extract from allocated zone -> Stalin unsatisfied cos East Germany rely on agriculture, poorer -> West give 15% of industrial equipment in exchange for food, coal etc. + extra 10% without conditions
