Indian Removal Act (28 mars 1830 – 28 mai 1830)
Description:
The Indian Removal Act of 1830 allowed the government to remove Indians from land and relocate them to present day Oklahoma. This allowed white farmers to have to cotton rich land on which to farm. (Trail of Tears, 2009.)
