Corinthian War (1 janv. 395 av. J.-C. – 1 janv. 386 av. J.-C.)
Description:
Corinthian war was a war between Thebes, Athens, Corinth and Argos against Sparta. Persia also meddled in this battle by supporting Athens/Thebes/Corinth by giving Athens financial support to restore the fleet and rebuild the walls, but if Athens became too powerful, they supported Sparta instead. Eventually Antacidas (Spartan admiral) blocked the Hellespont threatening famine in Athens. This eventually led to the King's Peace of 386 BC and Sparta was the winner and hegemon (leader) of Greece
