Female (Pwo) mask (Africa) (1 janv. 1875 – 1 janv. 1875)

Description:

- Was created by the Chokwe people in the Republic of the Congo
- Created from wood, fiber, and metal
- The purpose of this was to be a part of a ceremony that honors female ancestors and women in the Chokwe society that had given birth. Shows young boys what ideal women are like.
