The plaintiff, Robin Eckert, identified only as "Jane Doe," accused Johnny Depp’s entourage and bodyguards of roughing her up as she returned to her VIP seat in Depp's vicinity to the point where her clothes were "disheveled" and her shoes came off. She alleged Team Depp security detail dragged her on the floor of the venue, causing her pants to fall off her torso and "exposing her buttocks" to other concertgoers.
The initial complaint named Johnny Depp, members of his bodyguard team and the venue operators of the Iggy Pop Concert.
