Transatlantic Slave Trade (1 janv. 1500 – 1 janv. 1800)
Description:
The horrific trading of enslaved peoples across the Atlantic ocean, to be used on plantations to grow crops. These crops were often traded back for slaves, making it an economic cycle that these plantations, merchants, and countries with colonies depended on. For these reasons it took a long time to get rid of slavery.
