Description:
With secession, several federal forts, suddenly became outposts in a foreign land. Lincoln made the decision to send fresh supplies to the beleagured garrisons. On April 14, the Civil War was underway. At that point, there were going to be some mutineers, or people who revolt against constituted authority.
