Seen by the people as a mystic and faith healer. Alexandra, after receiving help from Rasputin, began to take his advice. However, she and Rasputin were then blamed for Russia falling apart. Between 1906 and 1914, various politicians and journalists used Rasputin’s association with the imperial family to cause more unrest in the public towards the govt. .
