Description:
Czar Nicholas II was the last Czar of Russia under the Rosmonov rule. While young, he expressed little interest in government or politics. His failures in the economy, World War I, Japan, his own soldiers, and trust with the people caused him to be disliked, and overthrown. He and his family were executed in the Winter Palace.
