Empire reached its greatest extent under emperors Trajan (96-117) and Hadrian (117-138) (17 déc. 96 – 17 déc. 138)

Description:

Trajan prioritized the Roman Empire's defense and expansion. He beat the inhabitants of Dacia twice. He put the loot from these successes to good use by funding public works programs in Rome. He all around contributing to Rome advancing military-wise. 
He rebuilt several buildings, such as the Pantheon, and relocated the Colossus ( A moment Nero put up). He all around built up their public works and infostructure. Made some recognizable places that are tourist cites today.
