Kennedy officialy signs for a naval Blockade. Naval forces begin moving to block any ships that could posibly contain missiles. That same time the USSR deploy submarines with nuclear-tip torpedos. Nikita khrushchev's sends a letter to JFK. US prepares for DEF con 2, one step ahead of nuclear war.
