Description:
Carthage, under the leadership of Hannibal, gained control over a base in Spain and were able to declare war on Rome. Publius Scipio eventually defeated Hannibal at the Battle of Zama. After defeat, Carthage was forced to surrender its navy, meditteranean idlands, and section of Spain.
