Kangxi (1 janv. 1661 – 1 janv. 1722)
Description:
One of two long-ruling emperors that helped the Manchu take hold of China. He was a Confucian scholar and sought to apply his teachings in his policies. In addition to acting in the interests of the Confucian way, he conquered all throughout Asia and witnessed the construction of a massive Qing empire.
