Civil War (1 janv. 1918 – 1 janv. 1922)
Description:
After the Russian Revolution in 1917, many groups formed that opposed Lenin’s Bolsheviks. This led to a Russian Civil war between the whites (Monarchists, Militarist, and Foreign nations) and the Reds (a.k.a the Bolsheviks). The whites had allies from Great Britain, France, the U.S., and Japan. The Reds only had internal support, but it was proved to be more effective. By 1921, the Reds defeated the Whites and brought most of the newly independent states under their control.
