The number 7 in scriptures "signify completion, ending, the ending of an interval of time, a period, an age" "the last transference of the land (Israel) of land began in 1517 (when Ottoman's became owners), then in 1867, the final transference, the releasing of the land back to the children of Israel, was set in motion".
Number 8 signify's new beginnings.
After 8th Jubilee completed in 1917, Jerusalem began a new beginning when control transferred from Ottoman's to Britian.
