P. 182: Immediately following the phone call to his office, Dr Murray called one of his patients, a man named Bob Russell at 11:49am. Russell didn’t answer the phone so Murray left a brief message: ‘Just wanted to talk to you about your results of the EECP. You did quite well on the study.
