UnderGround Railroad (1 janv. 1820 – 1 janv. 1861)

Description:

The Underground Railroad was a network of secret routes to keep used by African-American slaves to escape into free states. Many whites but mostly blacks helped the slaves through the Railroad helping them run North and to Canada. The South lost 100,000 slaves from 1810 to 1850. For the slaves it was easy running away to the North all they had to worry about was running away from their slaveholder they had to depend and rely on all their resources.
