Throughout the 20th century the East 100 acres of what would later become CCCC was owned by a series of families owning different parts of the property for 5 to 25 years:

- Jon & Nina Caldwell (1940's)

- M.E. & Elizabeth Delong (1920's - 40's)

- John Caldwell (1920's - 40's)

- John & Glenna Work (1940's - 50's)

- Oscar & Delyla Allensworth (1950's)

- Elmer & Edna Schantz (1950's - 70's)
*Made a second purchase in 1957

- Donald & Beverly Robertson- East 100 acres (1970's)
*Land was lent to Stout Farms for 3 years
