70 yrs of "Captivity" - Ezek. 1/1 (28 févr. 597 av. J.-C. – 10 janv. 527 av. J.-C.)

Description:

In Ezekiels 30th year, in the 5 day of the 4 month (Tammuz) in the 5th year after Jehoiachins 'captivity', i.e. 6th June 593 BC, Ezek received his commission.

In the twenty-fifth year of 'our' exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month in the fourteenth year after Jerusalem had been captured -- Ezekiel 40:1 (CSB)

Jerusalem had been 'captured' and the temple
and walls destroyed at the end of Zedekiah's reign in 586 BC.

14 years before that was the 'captivity' of Jehoiachin in 597.

25 years later was Ezekiels vision of the new Temple in 572 BC

Hence, the 70 years 'Captivity' were from 597 BC to approx 527 BC
