Message Builder Not Pulling All Students 1207994 (2 sept. 2020 – 8 nov 2020)

Description:

"At one of our sites, Monterey Heights ES, the secretary informed us that when she sends a message through Message Builder that not all of the student's contacts are shown.

I have run this report through the Data Export and I am able to see the students using the same filter. I'm unsure why they would not show up in Message Builder."
