Japan military leaders assert control (1 janv. 1868 – 1 janv. 1945)
Description:
The rise of Japanese power lead its military leaders to turn to conquest through foreign assistance to the invasion of Manchuria to the Sino-Japanese wars. This showed how warlike Japan was, but Europe and the U.S couldn't do much as they had their own problems to deal with. This would start World War II when the League of Nations failed to punish Japan for making these moves.
