Mercantilism (1 janv. 1500 – 1 janv. 1776)
Description:
Mercantilism was based on the idea that a nation's wealth and power were best served by increasing exports and so involved increasing trade. The idea was that there would be colonies supplying the mother-country with raw resources which would then be produced there and were sold back to the colonies.
