Lou vs. Nichols Background (1 janv. 1971 – 1 janv. 1971)

Description:

This Supreme Court case began when in 1971, the schools of San Francisco became integrated which resulted in many students of Chinese ancestry to join the new school system. Many of these students did not know or speak English very well. Only 1,000, of the over 2,000 students that identified English as a second language, were given ENL courses.
