Description:
Electricity was becoming more common. It was difficult to switch since the buildings weren't made for it. It proved to be less expensive. Electric vacuum cleaners, irons, washing machines and stoves became something that people used. Clothes got cleaner. Radios and photos became a new type of entertainment.
