Description:
The Earliest form of an Oipientian state.They were also called the Oipen people by the Iopons. The Aktotèvds were in control of the Yeloiev Valley. They were eventually assimilated into the encroaching Iopon population in the valley and the two cultures formed the Oipientian culture around the middle of the 1st Century.
