Description:
Brits from Balochistan and Russians from Khorosan go for Birjand where they meet. Famine p20. The period of forward movement that Dyer referred to in Raiders of the Sarhad, where the Brits took Robat, Nasaratabad, and Birjand. East Persia Cordon formed.
