Invaded Israel, and backs-up 2 Kings 15:29-30s account of the assassination of Pekah King of Israel.
Tiglath-Pileser takes credit for placing Hoshea son of Elah on the throne of Israel.
Both Israel & Judah as vassals of Assyria (see separate event)
Also inscriptions backing-up the biblical account of him receiving tribute from Ahaz (2 Kings 16:8 & 2 Chronicles 28:20-21)
