- "Twenty One Demands made on China, granting Japanese commercial and territorial rights on Chinese land
- The Whites in Russia aided with Japanese troops
- Because of these, mistrust grew between the West (Britain and US) towards Japan
- Japan gains concessions at the Treaty fo Versailles
