Description:

汽車牌照經吊銷或註銷者，非經公路主管機關檢驗合格，不得再行請領。但依前條第一項第一款之規定註銷者，非滿六個月不得再行請領。

理由　　本條但書規定汽車牌照經註銷者，非滿一年不得再行請領，因時間過長，修正為六個月，以利執行。
