Washington Naval Treaty (17 août 1923 – 31 déc. 1936)

Description:

The Washington naval treaty was signed August 17 which its main purpose was to halt the progress of weapons innovations in the major country’s of the world this also limited naval construction and weapons such as poisons gases to continue manufacturing the reason for this was to stop future conflict and if it was to occur it would limit the scale of the conflict. The fall of this treaty was caused by the fact that war had broken out and the major countries had to started to produce weapons to prepare for the inevitable conflict that was about occur.
