The Great Depression (1 août 1929 – 1 mars 1933)

The Great Depression was a severe worldwide economic state that lasted mostly during the 1930’s. Events that caused The Great Depression was people not earning enough money to buy products that were being sold, the product’s prices were hugely high and couldn’t be bought causing a stock market crash. European economies were extremely unstable after the war left them with practically nothing. The Great Depression effected people's mental and physical health as they were not able to support their families form the lack of money it also effected economy as they had too much stock and weren't making enough money. This relates back to the Weimar Republic as they needed a new republic after the war left them with nothing.
