Raymond B. Cattell (20 mars 1905 – 2 févr. 1998)

Description:

Raymond B. Cattell was a British and American psychologist, known for his psychometric research into intrapersonal psychological structure. He is credited with developing an influential theory of personality, creating new methods for statistical analysis, and developing the theory of fluid and crystallized intelligence.

Cattell's 16 Personality Factors or Cattell 16 personality traits theory is an assessment tool used to establish a person's personality, usually in the form of a test consisting of a questionnaire (16pf).

He also theorizes that crystallized intelligence increases with old age, and fluid intelligence decreases with old age.
