Description:
John Brown, an abolitionist from Connecticut, attempted to start a slave revolt that would end slavery once and for all. So with financial support from some prominent people from the North, Brown’s 22-men “army” decided to raid Harpers Ferry for its weapons, which led to skirmishes. However, General Robert E.
