Etienne Brule and exploring Lake Superior. (19 h 39 min, 1 janv. 1622 ans – 19 h 18 min, 1 janv. 1623 ans)

Description:

Brule explored and traveled around Lake Superior, but since it was never written down correctly we do not know his exact route. Other thoughts about Wisconsin came up in Samuel de Champlain's map of New France. Wisconsin showed up, and could have been from Etienne Brule. Because of this Etienne Brule could have been the first European in Wisconsin and not Jean Nicolet, but we will never know.
