The Mongol conquest of China was a series of major military efforts by the Mongol Empire to invade China. The Mongol invasion of China started when Gehngis Khan wanted to expand the grazing land of the Mongols. It ended when Kublai Khan eventually took over China and brought it under the Yuan Dynasty.
