Description:
A russian tsar who made many reforms to Russia and turned Russia into a world power. His reforms included expanding the empire of Russia, greatly improving its navy and military, and modernizing the previously medieval Russia. He focused on industrial development, eliminated hereditive nobility, and became the first tsar to create and fund secular schools. These reforms made Russia a leading world power.
