Thirteen Years' War (1 janv. 1454 – 1 janv. 1466)
Description:
Poland and the Prussian Confederation, including the cities of Thorn (Toruń) and Gdańsk, against the TO.
The conflict was heavy and exhausting, also financially, since both sides used costly mercenary troops. For instance, Malbork was bought from a Czech team whose pay was long overdue.
It ended with the peace treaty of Thorn (Toruń), with Poland claiming back Pomerelia (Pomorze Gdańskie) and regaining access to the sea after years of being landlocked.
