No Custom Creative

Description:
For any launch that doesn't require custom creative, the PM's will not need to allocate timing for creative review.
Weeks 1-4: PM's secure launch suppliers, committed budgets, and assets
Weeks 5-6: PM's work with appropriate parties to build campaigns and confirm SKUs to be promoted; and ensure campaigns are built-out and ready to go.
