Coke’s Global Market Grows (1 janv. 1960 – 31 déc. 1981)

After 70 years of success Coke decided to expand its product list. The creation of new flavors lead to the production of products like Fanta, Sprite, TAB and, Fresca.

The production of new flavors wasn’t all that Coke did in this 20 year span. One of Coke’s most famous commercials was produced in the middle of this period. The famous “I’d like to buy the world a Coke.” Was aired on consumers new televisions around the world.

In the 1970s Coke changed the association the public made with Coca Cola. Instead of high class and luxury the product was marketed as a drink to be shared with friends during good times.
